I just recently started following Deepak Chopra on twitter. And I was amazed to see that he was continuously sharing his knowledge everyday. While going through his snippets, I found that his theories and findings were not very unique. But the most striking feature that he has is he writes in a very simple and plain English. No long funny sentences.
And not only that he speaks very well. He has a lot of presence on the internet. He reaches out and answers a lot of questions too at #askdeepak . And he has his own style. Being a doctor he interlinks the biological processes with the Spirituality. For example here is a blog from Deepak Chopra What does spirituality have to do with physical health? . Here he describes how the spirituality might be related to health and some science behind it.
If you did go through his blogs, you will also realize he is quite humble about his findings and also ready to listen and collaborate with other authors and scientists. Here in another blog where he describes how he decided to write about clash between science and spirituality.
Overall I feel for a author like him, its difficult to keep generating ideas and also have a presence on these internet sites. Look at other authors like Stephen Covey or Malcolm Gladwell. They surface only when they have enough material to share. Whereas Deepak Chopra is like A. R. Rahman. He has a tune for all the occasions always ready in his pocket.
